Nomsa has appeared on stage in productions of Lobola (1980), the Gibson Kente musical Ziyabeda (December 1980), Demea (NAF 1990), Koning Lear (PACT 1990), So What's New? (Market Theatre 1991), Om 'n Jakkalsbessie (PACOFS 1993), Bessie Head’s Maru (1994), 'n Seun na my Hart (PACOFS 1994), Luc (1995), My Children!, My Africa!
